According to the latest official confirmation issued by the project developer, Khải Hoàn Imperial is exempt from the requirement to obtain a Construction Permit under current regulations and has satisfied all legal conditions required to commence construction. On 30 May 2026, the project also officially notified the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction and the Thuận Giao Ward People’s Committee of its construction commencement date in full compliance with applicable regulations.

As previously announced, the project developer, Khải Hoàn Land, and the main contractor, Phuoc Thanh Construction, have finalised the implementation plan with comprehensive preparations covering manpower, construction methodology, and project scheduling to ensure the commitments made to customers are delivered. Accordingly, Khải Hoàn Imperial has officially entered the construction phase, with key Phase 1 works now progressing in a coordinated manner. This marks the project’s transition from legal and planning milestones to visible on-site development, with handover targeted for July 2028.
Notably, the appointment of Phuoc Thanh Construction—one of Vietnam’s leading main contractors with more than 20 years of industry experience—is regarded as a key factor in strengthening market confidence.
