Khải Hoàn Land and the main contractor, Phuoc Thanh Construction, have commenced the initial construction works for Khải Hoàn Imperial, with the project scheduled for handover in July 2028.
The development occupies a prime frontage on National Highway 13, directly opposite AEON Mall Binh Duong Canary and in close proximity to the planned Thu Dau Mot – Ho Chi Minh City Metro line. Comprising two 41-storey towers, the project will offer a range of residences, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses.

Khải Hoàn Imperial is developed under the Bespoke residential concept, with a focus on personalised living spaces. According to the developer, the project’s facilities are concentrated on the ground floor and Level 21, featuring a wide range of lifestyle offerings, including a central plaza, landscaped park, mineral salt swimming pool, BBQ area, outdoor sports facilities, infinity onsen mineral pool, gym and fitness centre, spa and sauna, virtual golf room, library, and private cinema. These facilities are designed to provide residents with convenient access to spaces for relaxation, wellness, and physical and mental rejuvenation.
The residences will be delivered with premium materials and fittings from internationally recognised brands, including Duravit, Grohe, Häfele, and Panasonic.

A representative of Khải Hoàn Land stated that the company and Phuoc Thanh Construction have made comprehensive preparations in terms of manpower, technology, and construction planning. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Phuoc Thanh Construction has participated in over 180 projects both in Vietnam and internationally. The contractor expects its proven expertise to contribute to maintaining the project’s construction schedule and quality standards.
Previously, Khải Hoàn Land and Phuoc Thanh Construction collaborated on Khải Hoàn Prime, a residential development adjacent to the Phu My Hung Urban Area. That project is expected to reach its topping-out milestone in early July.
